The Mareep Drop Event will run from January 1, 2026 to January 11, 2026.
This event allows players to participate in solo AI battles featuring the Mareep card, along with receiving useful rewards by completing battle-related missions.
To participate in solo battles, you will need to use Event Stamina. Event Stamina is consumed for each win, meaning that losing won’t affect your stamina in this mode.
Additionally, you can replenish Event Stamina with Event Hourglasses, which you can earn as rewards from the beginner and intermediate solo battles, or Poke Gold.

You can also get a Promo Mareep card along with other promo cards from Promo-B Vol. 2 as a Mareep Drop Event reward. In addition to this, you may get one card of your choosing from the Event Shop using the Exchange Ticket you get from completing event missions.
You have a chance to get this pack whenever you complete a match against the AI, but expert battles are guaranteed to reward you with this pack, so it is a good idea to farm these matches to collect all the cards!

The Magikarp and Swablu from this pack do not have original counterparts from previous expansions. This means that they have different moves from cards that share their names, making them valuable to pull.

Whenever you receive a promo pack as a reward, you can open it in your gift list found in the upper right of the main menu.
A pack only contains one of the available promo cards, so try to get and open as many packs as you can!

In Event Solo Battles, you can battle against different decks that scale on difficulty. Once you have defeated a deck, the next deck will be unlocked containing harder cards than the last.
There are only 4 levels of Solo Battle: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert—with Expert giving you a guaranteed card pack pull from the event.

This event's decks are all weak against Fighting-type Pokemon. You may use ones that are both strong and have low Attack Costs in order to KO opponents quickly.

Mega Ampharos ex needs its evolution cards and Rare Candy to set up. Because of this, decks that revolve around it typically want to draw more cards to find what they need.
You may use Red Card or Mars to disrupt the opponent. These cards can reduce the number of cards in their hand, which can disrupt their strategy.

Electrical Cord can accelerate Energy onto Mega Ampharos ex, which removes the need to manually attach Energy to it.
You may use Guzma to discard the attached Electrical Cord. This removes one avenue of Energy acceleration for the opponent, making Mega Ampharos ex's setup slower.

Mega Lopunny ex and Rampardos Deck |
Strengths: • Mega Lopunny ex can OHKO most Pokemon with lucky flips, and Confuse those who can endure the attack. • Rampardos helps secure points with guaranteed hits. Weaknesses: • Reliant on lucky flips to score KOs, and risks not dealing damage at all if you don't flip heads. |
