(Uncommon)
Cards that are less common with middling power levels, but still appear fairly frequently. High chances to pull from Standard Packs. Standard Pack:
• 56.000% (5th card probability)
• 89.000% (4th card probability)
Three Diamond Rarity Icon
3-Diamond
(Rare)
Fairly strong cards that can occassionally be pulled from Standard Packs. Standard Pack:
• 19.81% (5th card probability)
• 4.952% (4th card probability)
Four Diamond Rarity Icon
4-Diamond
(Double Rare)
Consists of ex cards, some of the strongest in the game. Their power and bulk is balanced out by awarding two points to an opponent when knocked out. Standard Pack:
• 6.664% (5th card probability)
• 1.666% (4th card probability)
One Star Rarity Icon

(Illustration Rare)
Cards of this rarity are alternate versions of some 1-3 Diamond Rarity cards. They feature full-art illustrations of those cards, but are otherwise functionally the same as their counterparts. Standard Pack Rates:
• 10.288% (5th card probability)
• 2.572% (4th card probability)
God Pack Rates:
28.571%
Two Star Rarity Icon

(Special Art / CG Art Rare)
Alternate versions of some 4-Diamond Rarity cards and some Supporter Cards. They can feature either full-art illustrations of those cards, or ones with CG Art Models of their featured subject. Otherwise, they are functionally the same as their counterparts. Standard Pack Rates:
• 2.000% (5th card probability)
• 0.500% (4th card probability)
God Pack Rates:

Three Star Rarity Icon

(Immersive Rare)
Cards with a special type of graphic referred to as Immersive Art. When viewed in your collection, tapping and holding on to the card will play a special animation that brings you into the card's visuals, immersing the viewer with the scene. Like other cards with Star-rarities, they function the same as their Diamond-rarity counterparts. Standard Pack Rates:
• 0.888% (5th card probability)
• 0.222% (4th card probability)
God Pack Rates:

Shiny Rare Icon

Appears to be used for Shiny Versions of 1-3 Diamond Cards. As such, cards of these rarirty are likely to just be cosmetic alternate art of more accessible cards. Stadard Pack Rates:

Double Shiny Rare

The rarest cards in the game. Typically feature full, golden illustrations of the pack's featured Pokemon, but also still function the same as their lower rarity counterparts in battle. Standard Pack Rates:

God Pack Rates:
2.38%

Any given pack has a 99.95% chance of being a Standard Pack, and a 0.05% chance of being a God Pack.

How Many Cards in Pokemon TCG Pocket?

Cards

Pokemon TCG Pocket, after the release of Secluded Springs, has a total of 1,689 cards. These include standard and rare cards, including those with holographic layers and immersive effects, promo cards, and the recently added Shiny Cards.

You Can Have 20 Cards Per Deck

20 Cards for Battles

You can only include 20 cards in your deck for card battles, with a maximum of two copies per card name.

These do not include Energy, as the game does not have Energy Cards anymore as it has been replaced with the Energy Zone, so you can fit more Pokemon or Trainer cards in your deck.

Opening booster packs, which are available daily, is the main way to collect cards in Pokemon TCG Pocket.

You can open two booster packs every day for free, with paid options available if you want to open more packs.

How to Use Pack Points

You can also craft cards using Pack Points, which you can get by simply opening booster packs.

The amount of Pack Points required to craft cards varies depending on the rarity of the card you want, but this is one way to get certain cards, with the caveat that it may take a long time to do so.

Trade With Other Players

Trading Cards

You can also trade cards with other players to get any card that you don't have yet. Trading was added in the game on January 28, 2025.
