You may use quick and Energy-efficient Pokemon to KO Poliwrath ex pre-evolutions. Zeraora is a good option as it can generate Energy, as well as OHKO Poliwag and Mantyke.

You may use Pom-Pom Style Oricorio against Poliwrath ex. Not only can it nullify their damage, but it also has the Type advantage against the Water-types in the deck.

You may shuffle your opponent's hand to prevent them from evolving or generating Energy for Poliwrath ex.
You may use Red Card or Mars to disrupt the opponent. These cards can also reduce the number of cards in their hand, which can throw off their strategy.

This deck focuses solely on Snorlax. It is able to attack for 2 less energy using Barry. You may take advantage of this and score KOs early on.
You may use Lillie or Irida to heal when needed. It is also best to equip the Giant Cape to avoid being OHKO'd by Poliwrath ex.

Pom-Pom Oricorio's Ability shuts down any opposing ex Pokemon, which can help you set up Magnezone in your Bench.
Magneton's ability allows you to place extra Lightning energy onto itself. Stack as much energy as you can on Magneton before evolving it into Magnezone.
Once set up, you can bring out Magnezone to the Active Spot. With the help of Giant Cape, it can withstand any attack while dealing at least 110 damage per turn.
