Shuckle ex only has 120 HP, but its Ability helps it receive -20 damage from attacks. It also needs only one Grass Energy to deal damage, so you can set it up quickly.

Use Celebi ex and Mew ex Later On

Shuckle ex cannot deal a lot of damage in the long run, so you need to use either Celebi ex or Mew ex to finish off opposing cards. These can be set up while Shuckle is dealing and soaking up damage early on.

How to Beat Shuckle ex Decks

Use Cards that Deal High Damage

Shuckle ex will not stand well against cards that can deal high damage even with some setup. These cards are effective against Shuckle ex as they can easily overpower it even with its Ability.
