Baxcalibur works like a Water-type version of Genetic Apex's Gardevoir, and pairs well with powerful Water-types that use lots of Energy like Chien-Pao ex or Palkia ex.

Having two Baxcalibur set up can allow you to use their Attacks consecutively, allowing you to run away with the game.

Accelerate Energy with Misty

Although Baxcalibur accelerates Energy itself, using Misty can also be advantageous. Flipping heads with Misty can often swing the game in your favor, with very little risk.

Set Up Two Baxcalibur if Possible

It is important to set up Baxcalibur as quickly as possible. Use whatever options you have available to expedite its setup.

KO Baxcalibur and Eliminate Your Opponent's Energy Acceleration

Knocking out Baxcalibur will force your opponent to play without their extra Energy, crippling their offense.
