Deluxe Pack ex serves as another chance to pull for good cards that you couldn't get in previous expansions. Powerful meta ex Pokemon such as Darkrai ex, Giratina ex, Sylveon ex, Espeon ex, and Shining Revelry Charizard ex make their return. Some of them also have alternate illustrations in the pack that you may collect.
You may also opt to collect some lower rarity cards. Pom-Pom Style Oricorio is a popular counter to ex Pokemon. Meanwhile, Silvally is a solid single-point attacker. These two also have parallel foil versions that can be obtained.
This expansion also has Trainer Cards that are deck-building staples. This includes the Rare Candy, which is an Item that is essential to decks with Stage 2 Pokemon. Versatile Pokemon Tools such as Rocky Helmet and Giant Cape can also be pulled. You may also try to get good Supporters such as Red, Sabrina, Cyrus, and Mars.
The Professor's Research full art might be a good chase card. While you can buy the original version from the main shop, this is a rarer version of it that might be good to collect. This card is used for practically every deck, so it will likely see use once you obtain it.

Deluxe Pack ex, the game's first limited set, is now live! The booster pack is available from September 30th until October 30th, 2025. It is the eleventh overall expansion after Secluded Springs.

Deluxe Pack ex, which uses the code A4b, is the seventh themed expansion following Secluded Springs in Pokemon TCG Pocket and is unique in the sense that there are functionally no brand new cards in the set.
Cards in Deluxe Pack ex are mostly reprints from earlier sets. They work the same as the originals, with identical stats, abilities, and moves. Some, however, feature new art and illustrations.
Each pack will only contain 4 cards each instead of the usual 5. However, it is guaranteed that each pack will contain at least 1 card of 4 Diamond rarity or higher.
Deluxe Pack ex also includes Parallel Foil cards. These cards are slight variation of the original prints, but with a unique shine effect.
