Snorlax's high HP makes it a good wall while building Solgaleo ex in the Bench. Use Solgaleo ex's ability to place it in the Active Spot when ready, bypassing Snorlax's high retreat cost.

Rare Candy can allow for explosive turns, having Solgaleo ex attack as soon as it evolves.

Cosmog can Teleport out of the Active Spot, returning safely to your Bench. There, you can attach Energy to it, and eventually evolve it into Solgaleo ex. Be sure to have another Pokemon on your Bench so that you aren't susceptible to Sabrina.

Solgaleo ex only needs 2 Energy to start attacking. Once set up, switch it into the Active Spot using its Rising Road Ability, and start using Sol Breaker. Use cards like Lillie to keep Solgaleo ex healthy.

Solgaleo ex goes down to 170 HP from 180 after a successful Sol Breaker. This puts it in range of Charizard ex's Steam Artillery.
Use cards like Red or Giovanni to knock it out if its HP is full.

Use cards like Sabrina or Cyrus to gust out Cosmog and knock it out before it becomes a threat.
Hitmonlee is also capable of 2HKOing a benched Cosmog, forcing your opponents to evolve right away or risk losing it.

It is rated now as D-Tier, but it should at least A/A+ Tier, because it is easy to play and pretty solid.

This deck is ridiculously good with Shiinotic if you don't brick. I've had matches where I had both Solgaleo out on like turn 4. When one takes too much damage you can Rising Road the other one in and heal back up with Lillie if it'll be enough to prevent a KO with Cyrus or whatever.
