Overwhelm Your Opponent with Damage
The Lightning-types in the deck won't be able to keep up with the damage from a dedicated Fighting deck. Use cards like Donphan ex to deal lots of damage, with Lucario to boost it even further. Use Tyrogue to deal damage on your first turn!
Quickly KO Low HP Pokemon
The Pokemon in this deck all have low HP, making it so Silvally and Rampardos can plow through them with ease.
These Pokemon also have efficient Attack Costs, making Alolan Raichu ex even less effective against it.

Type: Null is guaranteed to be your Basic Pokemon upon starting a match, since it's the only Basic Pokemon in this deck. You should be able to evolve it quickly with the help of Gladion and Professor's Research.
Once you have Silvally on hand, it's recommended to use Supporter cards every turn in order to boost your attack's damage to 100.
Silvally isn't your only source of damage on this deck, though. Rampardos allows you to have a bulkier Pokemon in your deck that can do a lot of damage without too much setup. You can get this Pokemon in this deck by using Rare Candy on a Skull Fossil.

Since you are unable to use Professor's Research to draw more cards in a hand, you want to balance your deck with ex and non-ex Pokemon that are either basic or Stage 1.
Fighting types, in particular, are strong even without a Stage 2 evolution.
Using Pokemon like Lucario, who has both an ex and non-ex card, will also help increase the odds of evolving its Basic form into Stage 1.
