Pikachu ex and Magnezone rely on Pachirisu and Magneton to accelerate Energy for them. To prevent them from attacking, it is ideal to score KOs before your opponents are properly set up.
FIghting-type Pokemon with efficient Attack Costs are able to attack and knock Pokemon out in earlier turns. Sudowoodo in particular can be good against Pikachu ex as it deals bonus damage against ex Pokemon.

Pikachu ex's Thunderbolt has a steep Attack Cost at 3. Cards that can discard your opponent's Energy such as Beedrill ex and Team Rocket Grunt can help in denying it a turn to attack.
Do remember, however, that Beedrill ex and Team Rocket Grunt only discard Energy from the Active Pokemon.

To clear the Water-type Battle Task, you may use the Palkia ex and Articuno ex Deck.
Both Palkia ex and Articuno ex have low-Energy attack options, allowing them to attack during the early game. However, they may be able to use their stronger moves early with Misty's Energy Acceleration.
You may also start with Manaphy, which also accelerates the Energy of your Benched Pokemon. If Palkia ex has enough Energy before switching in, it may be able to use Dimensional Storm for two turns in a row.

You may use the Rampardos and Lycanroc Deck to attempt to clear the 3◇ and below Battle Task.
Midnight Form Lycanroc is played as a consistent attacker that can always attack for up to 100 damage with Blood Fang. This makes it a perfect early to mid game attacker.
The deck skips Cranidos entirely to increase the chances of drawing into Rare Candy and Rampardos.
When combined with, Rockruff’s Signs of Evolution helps thin Lycanrocs from your deck, and your odds of drawing Fossils, Rare Candy, and Rampardos further improves. It also ensures you’re ready to evolve and attack next turn.
Use Rare Candy whenever you can to quickly evolve Skull Fossil into Rampardos and KO any remaining Pokemon that go under 130 HP.
