Restart the App
To fix the Premium Pass bug, restart Pokemon TCG Pocket by closing the game completely and launching it again.
Tap Complete Purchase in Premium Pass Popup
Once launched, head towards the main menu of the game and tap the Pass icon found between the player profile and in-game news.
Next, tap ’Complete Purchase’ to refresh game purchases. This should fix the issue and properly reflect the Premium Pass subscription.

Subscription Not Activating
It has been reported that some players were experiencing issues when regarding their Premium Pass, wherein it does not activate upon purchasing the pass.
The official Japanese X account of Pokemon TCG Pocket has addressed and solved this issue.
