| Jolteon Deck Variants | Strengths and Weaknesses |
|---|---|
Jolteon and Tapu Koko ex Deck
[★ Best ★] |
Strengths:
• Jolteon can take out any Defending Oricorio for Tapu Koko ex. • Tapu Koko ex is a good counter for Silvally, whose attack can easily knock out Jolteon. • Decent damage output regardless if you go first or second. Weaknesses: • Jolteon and Tapu Koko ex's strongest attacks might not be enough for bulky opponents. |
Jolteon ex and Jolteon Deck
[★ New ★] |
Strengths:
• Inexpensive Attack in Mach Bolt, which can 2HKO most ex Pokemon. • Mega Rising Eevee allows you to immediately evolve into Jolteon ex, and start dealing damage with its Ability. • Has fast, single-point attackers that can be used in the early game. Weaknesses: • Jolteon ex's low HP makes it an easy target to Cyrus and KO. |
Jolteon and Silvally Deck
|
Strengths:
• Jolteon can deal a quick 60 damage when it evolves with its Beginning Bolt Attack. • Silvally is easy to set up, especially with Gladion making it easier to find. Weaknesses: • The deck relies on 2HKOs and may have trouble taking OHKOs on high-HP Pokemon. |

This is a Jolteon deck that can blitz and disrupt your opponent's setup in the early game with Tapu Koko ex due to their low-cost Attacks.
The deck also consists of Pokemon that cover each other's weaknesses, as you can knock out a Defending Pom-Pom Oricorio with Jolteon to give way for Tapu Koko ex or have Tapu Koko ex protect Jolteon from quick attackers like Silvally.

This deck focuses on attacking quickly with Jolteon ex and Jolteon. By using the Mega Rising Eevee, you can evolve it right away and start doing damage on the turn you put it in play.
Shining Revelry Pikachu ex is used as a late-game finisher against bulkier opponents. On the other hand, Pom-Pom Style Oricorio is another early-game option. It may also be used to wall the opponent's ex Pokemon.
You may also evolve Sylveon ex to help you search for the cards that you need.

Jolteon can deal a quick 60 damage when it evolves and uses Beginning Bolt. This may allow it to take out low-HP Basic Pokemon with ease. Silvally is played with Jolteon in this deck as an easy way to deal 100 damage with minimal effort.
Electrical Cord allows you to be more efficient with your attached Energy, transfering it to a benched partner once a Lightning-type gets knocked out.
A single copy of Pom-Pom Oricorio is played as a win condition against ex-heavy decks.

The 60-damage Beginning Bolt that Jolteon can use on the turn it evolves can be used to stop most Basic and Stage 1 Pokemon from completing its setup.
Jolteon can also use an Eevee Bag for the additional 10 damage to bring the Defending Pokemon closer to KO range should it survive the Beginning Bolt.

Jolteon's Beginning Bolt will lose its added effect after the turn it evolves. The deck will then rely on Tapu Koko ex to deal with the rest of the opponent's Pokemon. However, going up against other ex opponents can be challenging as most of them can knock out Tapu Koko ex in one hit.

If your opponent uses an ex Pokemon, you can swap in Pom-Pom Oricorio and chip the Defending ex Pokemon's HP until it gets within Tapu Koko ex's KO range.

Jolteon's threat lies on the Beginning Bolt that it uses on the turn it evolves. Having a Defending Pokemon that can tank this ttack without being within the KO range of Jolteon's allies allows you to continue setting up a sweep.
Alternatively, you can use cards that heal to keep you from the KO range after Jolteon uses Beginning Bolt.
