Use Energy-Efficient, Fire-Type Pokemon

You may use Fire-type Pokemon with low Attack Costs to defeat your opponents before they can set up.

Ninetales and Rapidash are good options, as they only need two Energies to deal good damage. You can also opt to boost their damage with Blaine.

KO Tinkatink and Tinkatuff

Since Tinkaton ex takes time to set up, you can take advantage of this by knocking out its pre-evolutions. Sabrina and Cyrus can draw them out to the Active Spot. You can also use cards that can damage Benched Pokemon such as Genetic Apex Hitmonlee.

To clear the Water-type Battle Task, you may use the Palkia ex and Articuno ex Deck.

Both Palkia ex and Articuno ex have low-Energy attack options, allowing them to attack during the early game. However, they may be able to use their stronger moves early with Misty's Energy Acceleration.

You may also start with Manaphy, which also accelerates the Energy of your Benched Pokemon. If Palkia ex has enough Energy before switching in, it may be able to use Dimensional Storm for two turns in a row.

You may try to clear the No Trainers Battle Task by using the Dialga Trainerless Deck.

This deck features Dialga ex as its main attacker accompanied by Colorless and Metal Pokemon. It often spells a win if you are able to start with Dialga ex and bench a Yanma or Jigglypuff with an evolution ready.

This Trainerless deck also makes use of Arceus ex as an attacker. You may use it against an opponent with a filled Bench.
