New Cards

Newest Set: Triumphant Light (A2a)

Triumphant Light, which uses the code A2a, is the second themed booster pack after Mythical Island in Pokemon TCG Pocket and features the mythical Arceus ex.

This new pool of Sinnoh cards is not as expansive as Space-Time Smackdown, but does add a variety of new cards to collect and use in battle.

Newest Promo Cards: Manaphy and Snorlax

Promo-A Manaphy

This Manaphy card is a promo card with a Chansey icon and is obtainable from Chansey or Bonus Wonder Picks during the Manaphy Wonder Pick Event Part 1 and Part 2.

This Manaphy card plays the same as the Manaphy card from the Space-Time Smackdown set from Palkia packs, but has a different illustration.

Promo-A Snorlax

This Snorlax card is a promo card with a Chansey icon and is obtainable from Chansey or Bonus Wonder Picks during the Manaphy Wonder Pick Event Part 1 and Part 2.

This Snorlax card plays the same as the Snorlax card from the Triumphant Light set, but has a different illustration.

Newest Premium Card: Darkrai ex

Promo-A Darkrai ex

A special Darkrai ex with alternate art is available to users with a Premium Pass.

This Darkrai ex card plays the same as the Darkrai ex card from the Space-Time Smackdown set from Dialga packs, but has a different illustration.

There are currently no known upcoming cards for Pokemon TCG Pocket, except cards from the new upcoming expansion set to release at around April, 2025.

How to Get New Cards

Participate in Events

The main way to get new cards in the game is to participate in in-game events. Pokemon TCG Pocket has announced that various events will be added in the game, and it is highly likely that these events will introduce new promo cards that aren't part of larger sets like Genetic Apex.

Get Chansey Wonder Picks

Another way to get new promo cards is to get them from Chansey Wonder Picks, which are a special set of Wonder Picks that consists of cards with a Chansey icon.

Premium Pass Features

The Premium Pass allows players to open a third booster pack each day, which means more chances to get cards to complete your collection!

A Premium Promo Card is also given away every month as a Mission Reward, such as Promo-A Moltres ex and Promo-A Darkrai ex.
