Lisia is a great Supporter in this deck because it can consistently find you your Basic Pokemon.
Mega Altaria ex is your primary attacker, which can be kept healthy by Dusknoir.
Eevee from Mega Rising can immediately evolve into Sylveon ex if it is in the Active Spot, and can draw you cards with Happy Ribbon as early as your first turn, increasing your chances of finding a turn 1 Lisia, or a turn 2 Rare Candy into Dusknoir.

This deck focuses on attacking quickly with Jolteon ex and Jolteon. By using the Mega Rising Eevee, you can evolve it right away and start doing damage on the turn you put it in play.
Shining Revelry Pikachu ex is used as a late-game finisher against bulkier opponents. On the other hand, Pom-Pom Oricorio is another early-game option. It may also be used to wall the opponent's ex Pokemon.
You may also evolve Sylveon ex to help you search for the cards that you need.

Espeon ex works well with Indeedee ex because of their Abilities that heal. With multiple copies of these Pokemon on the field, your Pokemon become increasingly difficult to OHKO.
Indeedee ex is also a solid backup attacker that can deal lots of damage to Pokemon with high Attack Costs such as Mega Gyarados ex and Giratina ex.
A single copy of Giratina ex is slotted in as another backup attacker, and as a source of Energy for later in the game that you can use to power up a backup attacker using Dawn.
Sableye is also included as a means to OHKO Pom-Pom Oricorio.

This Mega Pinsir ex deck makes use of Leafeon ex to accelerate Energy, expediting its setup. Because Mega Pinsir's Critical Scissors has an Attack Cost of 3, Energy acceleration is good for it to have.

Turtonator is typically used as an early to mid-game attacker. Kiawe can accelerate its Energy, enabling it to attack early.
Once Flareon ex is set up and in the Active Spot, it can be used as the primary attacker or finisher. With its Combust Ability, it can make use of the Energy that Turtonator has discarded, allowing it to consistently attack with Fire Spin.

Umbreon ex's Dark Chase is made even more effective when played with Greninja's Water Shuriken.
These two Pokemon allow you to have precision in the damage and KOs that you take. While you may not always have the highest damage output, this deck's strength is in its ability to target and gust any Pokemon.
Consider loading up Umbreon ex first with Energy, instead of Darkrai ex because Umbreon ex will be able to attack for 80 sooner.

Manaphy and Misty are used in this deck to enable Vaporeon and Palkia ex. It's a good idea to use set up Vaporeon early, so that it can disrupt the opponent before they have a chance to fully set up their own Pokemon.
Although Vaporeon can deal damage, it's not enough to take on bulkier Pokemon. Palkia ex is the main damage dealer for this deck. Its Dimensional Storm attack requires a lot of Energy, but it can also hit Benched Pokemon.
Palkia is the ideal target for Misty, but having Vaporeon out in the early game can also help you buy some time to set up Palkia.

Articuno ex's partner for this deck is Glaceon ex, which relies on incremental damage from Snowy Terrain to whittle down your opponent's HP. This works similar to Poison, which does 10 damage in between turns.
Manaphy is present to accelerate Energy to both Articuno ex and Glaeon ex, and even Eevee if it hasn't evolved yet.

Best Glaceon ex Decks and Card List

Sylveon ex is used best as a support. It has a powerful Ability that allows you to draw 2 cards upon evolving it. This allows it to be versatile, fitting into a variety of decks.

Jolteon ex's Electromagnetic Wall Ability allows it to deal damage to an opponent's Pokemon whenever an Energy is attached to it. This lets it deal passive damage, eventually putting opposing Pokemon into Mach Bolt's KO range.

If you have 2 Espeon ex at play, it is possible to heal 60 HP in one turn. After using the first Espeon ex's Psychic Healing to heal 30 HP, retreat, then switch into the second Espeon ex to heal another 30 HP.

Leafeon ex can load its partners with lots of Energy, and allow for big attacks later on. Leafeon ex itself is also a decent attacker, with Solar Beam dealing a respectable 70 damage.

Flareon ex can accelerate Energy, allowing it to use its powerful attack quickly. Eevee Bag allows it to either heal its recoil damage or increase its attacking power.
It synergizes best with Fire-types that discard Energy upon attacking.

Umbreon ex's Dark Chase lets you gust up a damaged Pokemon if Umbreon ex is in the Active Spot. This lets you take important and decisive KOs on key Pokemon when you have to.

Mega Rising's Eevee allows you to immediately evolve it if it is in the Active Spot. This allows for very aggressive plays, giving you a quick advantage if you can evolve Eevee early enough.

Eevee ex allows you to use 4 Eeveelution cards in one deck, as you can use it alongside non-ex Eevee. It still takes lower priority than its non-ex counterpart since it gives the opponent 2 points upon being defeated.

Eevee Bag is a versatile card that allows you to heal or increase the damage of an Eeveelution card. It synergizes best with Flareon ex, as it can negate its recoil damage or allow it to score OHKOs.
