You may use a fast Water-type Pokemon to land KOs quickly. Suicune ex is a good option, as it has a low Attack Cost and can deal good damage with a filled-out bench.

Pom-Pom Style Oricorio cannot be damaged by ex Pokemon. You may use it to counter both Entei ex and Mega Charizard X ex.

You may KO Charmander before it can evolve, preventing it from accelerating Energy or dealing great damage. If it is on the Bench, you may use Sabrina or Cyrus to bring it to the Active Spot.

Decidueye ex is a Stage 2 that benefits from Rare Candy, which greatly speeds up its setup, allowing it to immediately start attacking for only 2 Energy. Meowscarada is played alongside Decidueye ex, as a way for the deck to deal higher damage against ex Pokemon.
Decidueye ex can snipe any Pokemon on your opponent's side of the field if it has any damage, which makes it so no Pokemon is safe against Decidueye ex and Meowscarada's one-two combo!

This is a flexible deck that revolves around Mega Rising Golurk and its Heavy Rocket attack which can deal up to 180 Damage with only 2 Energy.
The 2 Golett should be the only Basic Pokemon of this deck, and there are 4 Supporters to help you look for the Golurk for evolution.
Since the core consists of only 8 cards, the other 12 cards of the deck can be filled up with different Pokemon from the Mega Shine Expansion, fulfilling the requirements of the Battle Task.
Just make sure to only add Stage 1 and Stage 2 Pokemon so that you are guaranteed a Golett in your starting hand and with Poke Ball. Additionally, only add those with Retreat Costs of 3 or more to empower Golurk's Heavy Rocket.

I'd love to see some evidence that this grass deck can beat the mega char deck given that we know that the computer cheats. It's literally impossible the Entei is always out immediately and it draws its entire deck before you can kill it
