How to Play Dialga ex and Bastiodon Deck

Best Starting Hand

Best Starting Hand

Dialga ex is the deck's ideal starter, but Mew ex is okay as well because of its one Retreat Cost. If you happen to start with Mew ex with no Dialga ex in play, try to find it with Poke Ball and don't hesitate to use Leaf to retreat into it.

It is important to never miss your Energy attachments because Dialga ex's Metallic Turbo costs two.

Other Good Starting Cards

Recommended Starting Hand

Bench your Armor Fossil every chance you can so that you can evolve it the following turn into Sheildon. Attach Giant Cape to Dialga ex to keep it in the game longer, as you power up your benched Shieldon.

Use resources like Professor's Research to find Bastiodon and evolve it immediately.
