Alolan Ninetales ex becomes even more disruptive when played with Crawdaunt and its Unruly Claw Ability. Opponents can be denied Energy completely with Binding Snow and Unruly Claw.
Training Area allows your Stage 1 Pokemon to deal an extra 10 damage, which may come in handy for scoring 2HKOs.
Because this is a Stage 1 deck, Sightseer gives it added consistency in finding your Stage 1 Pokemon.

Aim to quickly set up Alolan Ninetales ex as early as turn 2. Once it is set up, keep using Binding Snow until your opponent's Pokemon are knocked out. without letting it retaliate.

The Greninja + Cyrus combo is a highly effective combo at high levels of play. Being able to choose which Pokemon to damage, and which Pokemon of your opponent's go to the Active Spot can often win you games. Having these options are the main reason why Greninja decks have remained on top of Tier Lists for so long.
Best Greninja Decks and Card List

While disruptive, Alolan Ninetales ex can only restrict opponents from attaching Energy from their Discard Piles.
A play that you can make is not attaching Energy for the turn, to send Energy to the Discard Pile. This lets you use cards like Volkner, Lusamine, or Flame Patch to attach it to your Pokemon.

Alolan Ninetales's Binding Snow also has a restrictive 2 Water Attack Cost. Gusting it out with Greninja + Cyrus can put the Alolan Ninetales player at a severe disadvantage, because you will be preventing it from successfully setting up.
