Use Fast Metal-Type Pokemon
Espeon and Sylveon's attacks become more threatening during longer battles. It is ideal to score KOs fast.
You may use Energy-efficient Metal-types for the Type advantage. Skarmory is a good early-game option, as it can immediately deal at least 50 damage with a Pokemon Tool attached. Solgaleo ex can be used in the mid to late game, as it can deal a good amount of damage for only 2 Energy.
Only Attach Energy When Required
When facing against Espeon, you may want to attach Energy only to Pokemon that need it for their moves. Once your Pokemon has enough Energy to power all its moves, you do not have to attach any more Energy even if the game warns you that Energy is available as you end your turn.

You may attempt to clear the Fighting-type and 3-diamond Battle Tasks with the Rampardos and Lycanroc Deck. The Pokemon in the deck do not have a Psychic weakness, which makes the deck a good choice.
Midnight Form Lycanroc is played as a consistent attacker that can always attack for up to 100 damage with Blood Fang.
The deck skips Cranidos entirely to increase the chances of drawing into Rare Candy and Rampardos.
When combined with Rockruff’s Signs of Evolution helps thin Lycanrocs from your deck, and your odds of drawing Fossils, Rare Candy, and Rampardos further improves. It also ensures you’re ready to evolve and attack next turn.
Use Rare Candy whenever you can to quickly evolve Skull Fossil into Rampardos and KO any remaining Pokemon.

You may also attempt to clear the 3-diamond Battle Task with the Magnezone and Skarmory Deck.
Skarmory acts as the early-game attacker. It can deal at least 50 damage for one Energy when it has a Pokemon Tool attached.
Magnezone can be reserved for the late-game, taking out low HP threats that Skarmory has damaged throughout the game.
