Daily Missions are easy to complete missions that reset daily at 2AM EST. The reward for the daily mission can be claimed after completing any 3 daily missions.
You can complete Daily Missions unknowingly just by simply playing the game, and doing the bare minimum such as Logging in and opening Booster Packs, just remember to claim the rewards as well!

Themed Collections are missions that can be completed upon collecting certain cards. You can obtain useful rewards from completing Themed Collections, but since they require a specific set of cards, they can be quite difficult, and usually be mostly based on luck.
These cards follow a certain theme, so if you are missing only a specific card to complete a mission, you can make use of the Wonder Pick to try and grab a specific card with a 1 in 5 chance!

Beginner Missions are fairly easy to complete, and the milestone rewards are definitely worth it, since it allows you to open more Booster Packs!

Similar to Beginner Missions, Advanced Missions give rewards upon reaching certain milestones, but unlike Beginner Missions, there are no rewards for each Advanced Mission.
Completing all the Advanced Missions should still be considered, since the final reward gives you 120 Pack Hourglass, which can be used to open 10 Booster Packs instantly!

Advanced Missions are unlocked upon completing the Beginner Missions, and requires you to complete a variety of more advanced game mechanics.
There are a total of 12 Advanced Missions, but you only need to complete 9 to receive the final Milestone reward, so you can choose to skip 3 Advanced Missions if you wish to do so.

In Solo Battles, there are also tasks that you can complete to obtain additional Shop Tickets.
The tasks can be quite tricky to accomplish, especially at the harder difficulties, but getting these rewards on top of the first clear rewards makes it worth the time and effort put into it!
