If you want to obtain all available Emblems during this event, you need to win 9 PvP battles in a row. The best way to do so it to use strong decks.

You may use up and coming new decks such as the Darkrai and Mega Altaria ex Deck or the Mega Scizor ex and Skarmory Deck. You may also use decks from the previous expansions' meta such as the Mega Absol ex and Hydreigon Deck or the Mega Altaria ex and Gourgeist Deck.

Best Decks Tier List

Darkrai and Mega Altaria ex Deck

Igglybuff ×2 Mega Altaria ex ×2 Swablu ×2 Darkrai ×2
Leaf ×1 Rocky Helmet ×1 Cyrus ×1 Mars ×2
Copycat ×1 Lisia ×1 Training Area ×1 Poke Ball ×2
Professor's Research ×2
Energy Used
Darkness Icon

Darkrai and its Bad Dreams Ability synergizes with Igglybuff's Sleepy Lullaby which puts the defending Pokemon to Sleep. This is a powerful early-game strategy that's usable as early as turn 1.

Mega Altaria ex can score KOs in the late-game, giving this deck an advantage at any point in the game.

Best Darkrai Decks and Card List

Mega Scizor ex and Skarmory Deck

Skarmory ×2 Pichu ×1 Mantyke ×1 Scyther ×2
Mega Scizor ex ×2 Rocky Helmet ×2 Cyrus ×1 Steel Apron ×1
Copycat ×1 Lucky Ice Pop ×1 Metal Core Barrier ×2 Poke Ball ×2
Professor's Research ×2
Energy Used
Metal Icon

This Mega Scizor ex deck uses low Retreat Cost Pokemon that can retreat easily to enable Bullet Slugger's bonus damage. It also includes Skarmory as a fast attacker that can damage an opposing Pom-Pom Oricorio while also utilizing Tool cards.

Best Mega Scizor ex Decks and Card List

Mega Absol ex and Hydreigon Deck

Nihilego ×1 Absol ×1 Mega Absol ex ×1 Deino ×2
Hydreigon ×2 Cyrus ×1 Rare Candy ×2 Poison Barb ×2
Copycat ×2 Lucky Ice Pop ×2 Poke Ball ×2 Professor's Research ×2
Energy Used
Darkness Icon

Although Mega Absol ex's Darkness Claw has a great disruptive effect, it lacks the power you may want in the late game. Hydreigon is here to make up for Mega Absol ex's damage output. Switch it in if you need to deal with high HP Pokemon or if you need to go up against Pom-Pom Oricorio.

2 copies of Lucky Ice Pop are slotted in to mitigate Hydreigon's damage from Roar in Unison.

Nihilego works well for putting high HP Mega exs like Mega Kangaskhan ex into Hydreigon's KO range.

Best Mega Absol ex Decks and Card List

Mega Altaria ex and Gourgeist Deck

Mega Altaria ex ×2 Jirachi ×1 Chingling ×2 Swablu ×2
Pumpkaboo ×2 Gourgeist ×2 Cyrus ×2 Mars ×1
Copycat ×1 Lisia ×1 Training Area ×1 Poke Ball ×1
Professor's Research ×2
Energy Used
Psychic Icon

Mega Altaria ex with Gourgeist make for a combo that's difficult to completely shut down. Both Pokemon are great at achieving 2HKOs on most threats.

Jirachi and Chingling are utility inclusions in the deck that can offer sniping and disruption.
