Best Lightning Type Decks Tier List

Deck Tier List Criteria

	The best decks are in the S tier, which are decks that have amazing consistency on top of being easy to build and function with minimal difficulty.
	A Tier Decks are also powerful, and can also function at a high level, but may not be as easy to pilot as the S Tiers.
	B Tier Decks are decent, but would require more skill to achieve success with.
	C Tier consists of the game's Rogue Decks. These are great for countering specific threats but required skilled pilots to succeed with.

S Tier

Deck	Explanation
Pikachu ex Deck	・ Easy to set up and attack with. ・ Efficient attack and retreat costs. ・Positive matchup against Starmie ex and Articuno ex decks.
Pikachu ex and Raichu Deck	・Pikachu ex's attack only costs 2 energy but deals medium damage. ・ Raichu can deal high damage.

A Tier

Deck	Explanation
Pachirisu ex Deck	・Attackers in the deck are all Energy-efficient, costing only two to three Energies. ・Consistent high damage that can 2HKO most threats.
Lt. Surge Deck	・Can deal a huge 140 damage with Raichu's Thunderbolt. ・ Magneton can power up Raichu using the Lt. Surge Supporter. ・ Quick and effective Pikachu ex as a secondary attacker.

B Tier

Deck	Explanation
Zapdos ex Deck	・Can attack immediately with just 1 Energy. ・ Has access to all the best Trainer cards. ・Can high roll with Thundering Hurricane and deal up to 150 to 200 damage.

C Tier

Deck	Explanation
Zapdos Deck	・Has access to all the best Trainer cards. ・ Only gives up one point when KOd. ・ Can deal a solid 100 damage but will deal 30 damage to your Benched Pokemon.

	B Tier cards are less impactful but are still worth using in a deck.
	C Tier cards are good but may have better alternatives available.
