Passimian ex is the deck's early to mid-game attacker. Once it gets knocked out, it can transfer energy to Rayquaza ex with Offload Pass. Rayquaza ex can then be used as a finisher, being able to deal great damage with Draco Meteor.
Snorlax is in the deck to use against ex counters such as Pom-Pom Style Oricorio and Meowscarada. Barry can help reduce its attack cost to only two Energies.
If you start with Rayquaza ex or Snorlax, Ilima is useful to have on hand. You may play Ilima once Passimian ex is drawn. This returns the Active Pokemon into your hand without paying the high Retreat Cost.

The central focus of this deck is to let Passimian ex initially take the active role while you are building Golem in your Bench, which needs four Energy to attack.
Passimian ex's Ability Offload Pass will transfer all of its Fighting Energy to your Golem when it is knocked out, which helps Golem quickly reach the four Energy requirement of its attack.
Passimian ex can also use its own attack to soften up opposing cards, which can benefit Golem later on if you are facing Pokemon with high HP.

Rare Candy will allow you to directly evolve Geodude into Golem, which makes the set up quicker.
This will also let you use Brock to place more Fighting Energy on Golem while it is still in your Bench.
Once Passimian ex is defeated, all of its Energy will be transferred to Golem and you'll be able to unleash your 120 attack every turn. Passimian ex getting knocked out will also allow you to use Mars effectively.

Lillie and Rocky Helmet synergizes well with a prepped up Golem as you'll be able to tank attacks with heals and residual damage.

Passimian ex's Ability will not activate if it is knocked out by an Ability like Darkrai ex's or status effects like Poison from Weezing.
This is a less aggressive approach against this deck, but it will prevent Passimian ex from transferring any Energy to Golem
