Giant Cape and Pokemon Center Lady are versatile Trainer cards that can be used in all decks.
Giant Cape increases a Pokemon's total HP, making it usable even if a Pokemon has not taken damage yet, while Pokemon Center Lady is a slightly better version of Potion which also recovers status effects, with the drawback being that it is a Supporter instead of a regular Item.
List of Staple Cards for Every Deck

Lillie and Leaf Cape from Celestial Guardians both have restrictions, being only usable on Stage 2 Pokemon and Grass Pokemon respectively. However, the tradeoff is that these cards have more powerful effects for the Pokemon that they are able to affect.

Shaymin is a Basic Pokemon, which makes it searchable by Poke Ball. What makes it especially useful is its Ability that heals 10 damage from all of your Pokemon with damage on them every turn.
