Since Passimian ex is the only Basic Pokemon in the deck, it is guaranteed to be the early-game attacker. It can deal a decent amount of damage until it is KO'd. It can then transfer its energy to Tyrantrum with Offload Pass.
Once Tyrantrum is in the Active Spot, it can attack with Tyrannical Fang. It can deal 180 damage if you have less Pokemon in play than your opponent.

Tyrantrum is a Stage 2 Pokemon, so it can take time to set up. It is best to evolve it on the Bench while using an early-game attacker in your Active Spot.
Passimian ex is a great option, as it can transfer its Energy onto Tyrantrum after getting knocked out.

Tyrantrum's Tyrannical Fang can deal 180 damage if you have less Pokemon in play than your opponent. If Tyrantrum is in the Active Spot, it is best to avoid putting more Pokemon on the Bench.

Tyrantrum decks may need to rely on other cards to help it evolve. You may shuffle the cards in your opponent's hand back into the deck in order to disrupt their strategy.
Tyrantrum deals more damage if its opponent has more Pokemon in play than its player. To avoid this, it is best to refrain from filling up your Bench before Tyrantrum is KO'd.
