The Grass-types in the deck won't be able to keep up with the damage from a dedicated Fire deck. Use cards like Ninetales and Charizard ex to burn through this deck!

Leaf Cape can keep your opponent's Pokemon out of KO range. Use Guzma to remove their HP buff and score KOs more consistently.

Knocking out Rowlet before it evolves into Decidueye can mitigate the amount of damage your opponent can dish out. Use cards like Sabrina to draw out an unprepared Rowlet!

This Weavile ex variant has access to a devastating 90 damage play with Dawn.
Attach an Energy to a benched Darkrai ex, triggering Nightmare Aura dealing 20 to your opponent's Active Pokemon, then use Dawn to transfer it to your Active Weavile ex, and attack with Scratching Nails for 70. This deck can achieve this combo fairly easily.
Cyrus is used to pick off damaged Pokemon who would try to escape to your opponent's Bench.
