You can open 2 Booster Packs a day in Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket (PTCG Pocket). Read on to learn how booster packs work, and how to reduce the booster pack timer using Pack Hourglasses and Poke Gold!
You can open one booster pack every 12 hours, which means you can open a maximum of two booster packs a day.
The app has a countdown timer that lets you know how long you'll need to wait until you can open the next booster pack, and will also send a notification on your phone when it's time!
Subcribing to Pokemon TCG Pocket's Premium Pass grants you 1 additional pack to open per day, on top of exclusive Premium Missions.
The Premium Pass costs $9.99 and will grant you full access to Premium Pass and Premium missions for an entire month.
Premium Pass Guide and Features
Pack Hourglasses allow you to reduce the time between opening packs by one hour.
Currently, the only way to earn hourglasses is from mission rewards or by increasing player level.
Alternatively, you can purchase Poke Gold which is a premium currency that shortens the time between opening packs by two hours.
Poke Gold is purchased with real money and are sold in packs, with the cheapest being the 5 Poke Gold pack at $0.99.
Unlike Hourglasses, Poke Gold has restrictions, and you can only use 720 Poke Gold a day. This costs a total of $150 and allows you to open 120 packs a day.
