You would ideally be able to bench a Ralts early and evolve it throughout the game. Use Pokeball, Mythical Slab, or Professor's Research to dig through your deck to get Ralts!

It's also good to have Kirlia inhand to evolve Ralts the following turn. Allow Mewtwo ex into the active spot to tank hits and dish out some damage with Psychic Sphere. Use Potion to keep it healthy!
A Mew ex start allows us to immediately start doing chip damage with Psyshot. Against opposing Mewtwo ex decks, we will be able to use Psydrive a turn early thanks to Mew ex's Genome Hacking only costing 3 Energy.
Mewtwo ex should serve as a late game sweeper, clearing damaged and low HP Pokemon. Use Psychic Sphere where necessary so that you don't always have to discard Energy with Psydrive.
Gardevoir's Psy Shadow Ability can allow Mewtwo ex to use Psydrive in succession by providing it with necessary Energy to attack.
not everyone has access to the new cards yet, would like to suggest an archive pages for old strategy too so that for players who do not yet have access to the new cards, they can still try out the old strategy temporarily. a disclaimer can be included on the archive pages that information might be outdated etc and it is our own risk to use them or something

I can't recomend pokedex enough with mystic slab. If you don't draw the dex, you can still send it with slab and hope you don't hit prof or pokeball, but if you have the dex you can peak and know exactly when to play which card. It is almost as good as greatball.
