The best cards to pull from the Secluded Springs set are Mantyke and Suicune ex. Mantyke can accelerate Energy for your Water-type Pokemon. On the other hand, Suicune ex is a great early-game attacker that allows you to draw more cards with its Ability.
Amongst the Trainer Cards, Memory Light is the best card to pull. It allows your evolved Pokemon to use a move from its pre-evolved card. This can be useful for a variety of different purposes, such as enabling your Pokemon to use moves with lower Attack Costs. This can also be utilized for moves that generate Energy, reduce damage, or inflict Status Conditions.
The other new ex cards, including Jumpluff ex, Raikou ex, and Poliwrath ex, are also good to pull. Each of them can be used as effective attackers for your decks.

Secluded Springs released on August 28th, 2025. It is the tenth overall expansion after Wisdom of Sea and Sky.

Secluded Springs, which uses the code A4a, is the sixth themed expansion following Eevee Grove in Pokemon TCG Pocket and revolves around the legendary beasts of the Johto Region, which were first introduced in the Generation 2 games Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Silver.
This also features Hoenn Pokemon from Generation 3 such as Latios and Latias.
