Palkia ex and Vaporeon is possibly the best Palkia ex deck, because it has the option to use Dimensional Storm consecutively if it has enough Energy. Manaphy is a huge factor to this strategy, getting lots of Energy on the board. It synergizes with Vaporeon, who can then Wash Out the Energy onto your Active attacker.
Besides the flexibility given by Vaporeon, it also has mobility from Leaf, which allows you to retreat for 2 less Energy.

Gyarados ex and Greninja is able to set up attackers efficiently and with minimal effort. Although it sometimes relies on luck when it comes to playing Misty, it is not too heavily dependent on it and can function without it.
Gyarados ex can unleash devastating damage onto the Active Pokemon while Greninja can pick off Bench Pokemon using its ability, making a devastating duo.

Leafeon ex is able to make Celebi ex more consistent thanks to its Energy acceleration. The deck makes use of Water Energy and Irida to keep its Pokemon healthy and out of KO range.
Triumphant Light Shaymin can make it so Celebi ex and Eevee can easily retreat. Retreating is also an important part of the deck's strategy, as Leafeon ex's Ability only works when a Leafeon ex is in the Active Spot.

This Weavile ex variation has access to a devastating 90 damage play with Dawn.
Attach an Energy to a benched Darkrai ex, triggering Nightmare Aura dealing 20 to your opponent's Active Pokemon, then use Dawn to transfer it to your Active Weavile ex, and attack with Scratching Nails for 70. This deck can achieve this combo fairly easily.
Spiritomb, a tech card, can do 10 damage to all of your opponent's Pokemon, which gets your Cyrus online immediately.
