How Are Accounts Lost?

When Uninstalling Without Linking

You can lose your account if you uninstalling Pokemon TCG Pocket from your device and not linking your account to Nintendo, Apple, Play Store, or Google. By doing this, you lose all progress you've made in-game, including cards, emblems, Poke Gold, and other achievements.

How to Recover Your Account

For Linked Accounts

Linking your account is the best way to preserve your save data. It will allow you to restore your save file, not just on your current device, but it also allows you to access your save file across multiple devices, if you have them.

If you have lost your save data on Pokemon TCG Pocket, you can restore your save data by accessing it through your linked accounts.

How to Link Accounts

For Unlinked Accounts

You can contact Pokemon TCG Pocket Support for further assistance.

They will need information, which you will need to provide and be as detailed as possible. The process of recovering your account and conversing with support may take a few days to a few weeks, so you will have to be patient.

Recovering Your Account is Not Guaranteed

There is also no guarantee that your account will be recovered. It is still best to not lose it in the first place.

Game Start Date The exact date would be ideal, but do your best to give an accurate timeframe, Month and Year might be acceptable, but if you could even narrow it down to the week, it could help.

Deck You've Named Name at least one deck you remember the name of, or enumerate as many decks as you can remember naming.
Support ID From Title Screen.png
You can find your Support ID on the upper left side of the Title Screen. You can also find a version that you can copy by clicking on the icon on the upper right corner of the Title Screen. Copy this, and paste it to the email.
Friend ID You can find your Friend ID by tapping the Add Friend icon located next to the search bar in the Friends menu.
Purchases Made Your past purchases related to Pokemon TCG Pocket can help the development team find information on your account.
Receipts of Purchases You will have to provide screenshots of purchases related to Pokemon TCG Pocket, such as Poke Gold or Premium Pass subscriptions.
