What Are Pokemon Tools?

Pokemon Tools are Trainer Cards that can be attached to Pokemon that give them a variety of advantages.

The introduction of Pokemon Tools to Pokemon TCG Pocket will add a new Trainer Card type, besides what we currently have in Supporters and Item Cards.

It is currently unknown what Pokemon Tools will appear in Space-Time Smackdown.

How Do Pokemon Tools Work?

Pokemon Tools can be attached to Pokemon who do not have any other Pokemon Tools attached to them. This means that only one Pokemon Tool can be attached at a time.

There are rare cases where multiple Tools can be attached to a Pokemon, such as Pokemon with similar Abilities to Sigilyph from Plasma Blast's Toolbox.

Can You Remove Pokemon Tools?

You cannot manually discard an attached Tool to a Pokemon during your turn, however you can remove Pokemon Tools with the effects of Trainer Cards like Tool Scrapper. The effects of some Attacks or Supporters can also discard an attached Pokemon Tool.
