Use Fast Grass-Types
You may use fast Grass-types to counter this deck. Meowscarada can be good to counter Mega Absol ex, as it deals additional damage against ex Pokemon.
For Hydreigon, you may use Decidueye ex. If it has damaged itself with Roar in Unison, you can pull it to the Active Spot with Cyrus and boost Decidueye ex's damage with Hau, or immediately damage it with Pierce the Pain.
Hand Disruption
You can also prevent vital cards from being drawn by your opponent. Cards such as Red Card, Mars, and Iono shuffles the opponent's hand into their deck, possibly disrupting their strategy.

Gengar ex works both as an attacker and a disruptor, preventing your opponent from using Supporter cards. Indeedee ex is used as a supporting Pokemon in the Bench, healing its damaged allies.
You may switch Indeedee ex in to the Active Spot when dealing with Pokemon with high Attack Costs. Since Psychic deals more damage against enemies with a lot of Energy attached, Indeedee ex has the capability of landing OHKOs against certain threats.
You may use the non-ex Gengar in this deck to counter Pom-Pom Style Oricorio.

Mega Rising Luxray can do a solid 110 damage for only 2 Energy, which allows it to deal damage quickly if it has evolved early. Furfrou can be used in the Bench as a way to nullify Flash Impact's recoil.
If Luxray still needs to be set up, you may use Galvantula as an early-game attacker. Meanwhile, you can use Copycat to search for the right Trainer and evolution cards.
