You may use a fast Water-type Pokemon to land KOs quickly. Suicune ex is a good option, as it has a low Attack Cost and can deal good damage with a filled-out bench.

Both Blacephalon ex and Mega Blaziken ex can inflict Burn on your Pokemon. You may prepare cards that heal Status Effects in order to stop the incremental damage from being dealt.
You may also boost your HP to keep your Pokemon out of KO range. This may allow your Pokemon to score KOs after being attacked.

Mega Blaziken ex is a powerful card, so it may be difficult to deal with. You may use Sabrina to draw another Pokemon out from the Bench.
Alternatively, you may use Greninja's Ability to damage a Pokemon from your opponent's Bench, then draw them out with Cyrus. This will give your main attacker the opportunity to land a KO.

This deck takes advantage of various cards to make Skarmory ex durable throughout the match. The goal is to set up Skarmory ex with Steel Apron and Jasmine.
You can use regular Skarmory as an effective early-game attacker. With a Pokemon Tool attached, it can deal 50 damage for only 1 Energy.

While using Pom-Pom Oricorio to nullify attacks from ex Pokemon, accelerate Lightning Energy to Genetic Apex Magneton with its Ability. Do note that Pom-Pom Oricorio can still be inflicted with Burn, so it is best to equip it with the Giant Cape to help it survive longer.
Once set up, evolve Magneton to Crimson Blaze Magnezone. Move your fully-set up Magnezone to the Active Spot since it will be your main attacker. Magnezone's Mirror Shot will force the opponent to flip a coin whenever they attack. When flipping Tails, the attack does not happen. Taking advantage of this disruption will be key to victory.

Mega Gardevoir ex is played with Genetic Apex's Mewtwo ex in this deck as a way to set up OHKOs. Mega Gardevoir ex can consistently set up Mewtwo ex for multiple attacks, and retreat to safety thanks to Peculiar Plaza's Retreat Cost reduction.
Meloetta is the deck's ideal starter, as it can easily find you your key setup pieces with its Strange Singing Ability.
