Ultra Necrozma ex main gimmick is its Shoegaze Attack, which discards the top 5 cards of both player's decks. This is great for running your opponents out of resources. But it could also run you out of resources too, which you hopefully won't mind in the late-game.
The deck makes use of Celesteela to give the Ultra Beasts in the deck a reliable way of switching.
Dawn Wings Necrozma is a reliable single-point Pokemon that can do solid damage for three Energy, which can be powered up by Lusamine later in the game.
Giratina ex sits on the Bench and uses Broken-Space Bellow to generate Energy, which it can use for its Chaotic Impact Attack, or move to Ultra Necrozma ex with Dawn.

Silvally is paired with Ultra Necrozma ex in this build, with Dawn Wings Necrozma as a backup single-point attacker.
Lusamine is an important Supporter card for this list as it can set up your Dawn Wings Necrozma and Ultra Necrozma ex after a Silvally has been knocked out.

Giratina ex's main role is to generate Energy through its Broken-Space Bellow Ability.
Lunala ex's Psychic Connect Ability allows it to move all attached Psychic Energy from one Benched Pokemon to your Active Pokemon.
This way, you can let one Pokemon on your side of the field accumulate Energy then move them to your main attacking Pokemon, or even Lunala ex itself, once you have enough Energy to attack.

Ultra Necrozma ex's Shoegaze is a devastating attack that discards the top 5 cards of both player's decks. While you will not lose from decking out in Pokemon TCG Pocket, this Attack can still run your opponent out of resources, denying them of chances to come back once you have momentum.

Ultra Necrozma ex decks are usually inconsistent because of Shoegaze's restrictive attack cost, as well as its partners also requiring setup. Faster and more consistent decks can outpace Ultra Necrozma ex decks and gain the upper hand.
