Ascend the Summit of Mt. Laixin
After setting your in-game clock to tomorrow, Paimon will wonder about Fujin's recovery. Being equally curious and concerned about the Carp Adeptus, ascend the summit of Mt. Laixin, using the Chiwang Terrace Waypoint.
Enter Carp's Rest
As you arrive by the entrance of the Terrace, speak to Lingyuan who seems to be waiting for you. After briefly talking about how the Beastlord was locked out from Fujin's place, enter Carp's Rest with Lingyuan by using your Adeptal Energy on the Votive Rainjade.
Look for Fujin
Once inside, look for Fujin by passing through the swirling gate. There are Golden Carp's Leap mechanism along the way to help you traverse the cavern!

Anonymous almost 2 yearsI have done all of this on my own without having the quest active, Lingyuan was there too. Now I dont have the achievement and cant trigger the quest... this is... bad. uh oh
