- Visit the Cloud Retainer
- Go to the adeptus' abode and search for the blueprints
- Give the blueprints to Cloud Retainer
- Place the blueprints before Cloud Retainer

How to Get Jewelry Soup Recipe and Effects
Cloud Retainer Abode Statue Puzzle Solution
The only way to get to the Cloud Retainer's floating abode is to solve a puzzle. You will need to located 3 bird statues and rotate them in the directon of the abode.
The 3 statues are marked on the map above and are located on the highest points of the area around them. Interacting with the statues will turn them. Turn them in the direction of the abode and wait a second to see a short cutscene confirming they are in the proper position.

Anonymous 10 monthsHoyo, I was trying to do the Lantern Rite but this particular quest blocked me... do I need to do this annoying af anemo exclusive quest?! This domain requires an anemo character, and not even 4 star anemo can do this!

I completed this puzzle well before I triggered this quest. Even though I already made it to the top previously, it told me I had to do it again. I went back to the puzzle and the second set of platforms are gone. I tried going to all 3 birds again but that didn't work. I've heard of other players having this problem and that eventually the platforms just come back but that hasn't happened for me and I've been trying since last Lantern Rite.
