To cook the Sweet Madame you will need 2 Sweet Flowers and 2 Fowls for the ingredients.
You can easily get Sweet Flowers by buying them in the Flower Shop in Monstadt instead of looking for them in the wild. You can also buy Fowl from Draff in Springvale instead of hunting for them.
