In Guili Plains head to the southern area of Guili Assembly and defeat a Ruin Hunter guarding a staircase. Inside with some treasure chests is a Worn Letter that starts this quest.

A worn letter found in a basement guarded by a Ruin Guard. It was written by a treasure hunter who believes that the Guili Plains is home to a bonfire that grants wishes.
