Where to Get Romaritime Flower

Romaritime Flower can only be found on the beaches of Fontaine, and mostly underwater around the below the Court of Fontaine along Salacia Plain. Flowers on the surface need to be watered with Hydro first before you are be able to collect it, similar to Dandelion Seeds with Anemo in Mondstadt.

You can get the boss drop, Water that Failed to Transcend, by defeating the Hydro Tulpa Boss found southwest of the Court of Fontaine.

Its entrance is only accessible underwater, so you'll have to dive down to the passageway west of the lake to get to the boss arena.

The Lightless Eye of the Maelstrom weekly boss material for Sigewinne is obtained by defeating the All-Devouring Narwhal in Fontaine. You can only unlock this by completing Fontaine Archon Quest Act 5, or by Quick Challenge through the Handbook.

You can also convert other All-Devouring Narwhal Boss drops into Lightless Eye of the Maelstroms by using Dream Solvents.
