Rougey 8 monthsNavia's burst lets her do off-field damage nearly constantly (just 3 second delay to burst again even at no constellation), and even has a sub-dps build on her page for that, so shouldn't she be listed here? I have her set up to work as either dps or sub-dps and she wrecks shit in either position.
