Sandrone's English Voice Actor is Deneen Melody. Genshin Impact's Japanese Twitter posted that Sandrone's Japanese Voice Actor is Mariko Honda.
Sandrone, or otherwise known as Marionette, and appeared in the Teyvat Interlude Teaser, where all the remaining Fatui Harbingers had gathered ''for the first time in a long time.''
The Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser: A Winter Night's Lazzo was released at the same time as teasers for several Sumeru Characters, hinting that they may all be released together in Version 3.0!

Little is known about Sandrone, and was only mentioned on the description of Tartaglia's Character Teaser. In the teaser's description, the Fatui Agent Javert recalls how Sandrone had once reprimanded him, stating how the rest of the Harbingers are indeed exalted members of the Fatui.
