Fading Twilight is best used on Sub-DPS characters who can deal damage even while swapped out. It's especially good on off-field Sub DPS characters who spam their Elemental Burst because of the Energy Recharge bonus!

You can get the Fading Twilight Bow for free by completing the Perilous Trail event's Direcliff Court Domain on Default Animosity. It's pretty easy to get!
Glowing Gem
|
Fading Twilight uses the Glowing Gem for refinement instead of weapon duplicates. You can get the Fading Twilight refinement item from Perilous Trail too, which is the same event you get Fading Twilight from.
