Silvershower Heartstrings is Sigewinne's best-in-slot weapon. Her Elemental Skill allows her to heal party members as well as make Sourcewater Droplets that grant Bond of Life, allowing her to easily activate all three stacks of the weapon skill.
Other than Sigewinne, both Yelan and Diona can benefit from the HP stat. However, they both cannot obtain all required stacks to gain its full effect. Energy Recharge weapons, or Aqua Simulacra for Yelan, are still the more comfortable options for them if you have it.
