Talk to Orqo in Coatepec Mountain

Genshin Impact - To Wish Upon a Star - Talk to Orqo in Coatepec Mountain

To unlock To Wish Upon a Star, talk to Orqo in Coatepec Mountain. Use the Teleport Waypoint northeast of Ancestral Temple and head east until you see a kid near a big hole in the ground. Talk to him and you'll start the quest.

Go Down Below with Orqo

After talking with Orqo, you'll get the Tale of Qoyllor and Ukuku readable item. Next, glide down into the hole and you will trigger another dialogue with him.

Orqo will ask you to collect the star's shards scattered around the area. To do this, you need to indwell a Tepetlisaurus.

Collect the Scattered Star Shards

Attack the Rock Using Tepetlisaurus

Use the Spiritsconce nearby and indwell into a Tepetlisaurus. Approach the strange rock and use its body slam ability to break it. Once it's broken, Star Shards will spawn all over the place. There are a total of three Star Shards.

Drill Into the Ground to Get Scattered Star Shards

Use the Tepetlisaurus' drill ability and start heading towards shining patches. The patches indicate that the spot has a Star Shard. Stop and press attack once to retrieve the Star Shard. Keep doing this until you get all of them.

Talk to Orqo

Approach Orqo and talk to him once you have all three Star Shards. He will ask you to place them back by the strange rock.

Return the Scattered Star Fragments

After talking with Orqo, head to the strange rock and place them back. You will be opted to submit all three Star Shards. Once finished, some dialogue with Orqo happens.

Wait for the Hidden Power to Awaken

Patiently wait a few seconds after submitting the Star Shards to see if anything happens. After a few seconds, another dialogue between you and Orqo will happen before Coco appears and lectures him. This marks the end of the To Wish Upon a Star World Quest!
