Genshin Impact Molting Season No Quest Requirement Aha! Looks like Molting Season is not locked behind any quest!

Molting Season is a new World Quest in Natlan, added in Version 5.2. The quest has no prerequisites, and is initiated by approaching the camp with two Angry Saurian Traffickers, southeast from the Flower-Feather Clan mian village.

Approaching the quest location will trigger a cutscene where two Angry Saurian Traffickers can be seen talking to man named Acomitl. Once the cutscene ends, you will need to fight the two Angry Saurian Traffickers.

After defeating the Angry Saurian Traffickers, you can talk to the Acomitl through the locked gate on the floor from the cutscene. He will say that the only way he can get out is by talking to his Qucusaurs.

How to Talk to Acomitl's Qucusaurs and Unlock the Cellar

Objectives
1 Genshin Impact Molting Season Walkthrough - Indwell with the Qucusaur Spiritscone
Indwell with the Qucusaur Spiritscone at the middle of the camp and try to talk to the Sleepy Qucusaur and Melcancholic Qucusaur on how to let Acomitl out.

The two Qucusaurs will be located in their own respective stables within the camp.

Talk to the Melancholic Qucusaurus on how to knock on the secret door on the cliff, to finally meet Acomitl and have a chance to properly talk to him.

Head to the door of the cellar, which is located on the side of cliff near the camp, and knock on the door three times in the order: "Booong... Booong, booong, booong... Booong, booong..."

Obviously, doing it wrong will not open the secret door.

Once inside the cellar, approach Acomitl inside to talk to him. A cutscene will also occur once inside.

After having a long conversation with Acomitl you will be teleported on a floating platfrom where you can perform one of the Warrior Challenges fro the Flower-Feather Clan.

Start your scored flight!

Talk to Acomitl to start the Warrior Challenge. Completing Warrior Challenges has a chance of giving you an Obsidian Fragment.

After reaching the final checkpoint in the Warrior Challenge, you will be teleported back to the floating platform with Acomitl.

Completing the flight course will reward the player based on the score they achieved at the end of the course. A higher score will grant more rewards, so aim to get the SS Rank for the best loot!
