Complete Archon Quest Chapter 2 Ritou Escape Plan
To play the Iridescent Arataki Rockin' for Life Tour de Force of Awesomeness, you must be at least Adventure Rank 30 or above, and have completed the Ritou Escape Plan sub-quest of the Archon Quest Chapter 2: Act 1!
Itto Story Quest and Raiden Story Quest Act 2 Optional

Join Itto and Dvorak for the Iridescence Tour Music Festival
Arataki Itto has sent you an invitation to join the Iridescent Arataki Rockin' for Life Tour de Force of Awesomeness to be held in Watatsumi Island!
This is a new spin on Dvorak's Iridescence Tour music festival from the event plot of the 2023 Lantern Rite. Play the different mini-games and collect Iridescence Tour Tickets to earn various prizes!
Complete Dvorak's To-Do List
The main event quest for the Iridescent Arataki Tour event is divided into two parts. Part two can only be unlocked after completing Dvorak's To-Do List.
Play Music in Xtreme Carnival Ensemble
Similar to past rhythm game events, players get to choose an instrument and play different music tracks!
Once you start a performance, different notes will appear on the screen. When a note falls on the Decision Line, strike the Decision Line to score points!

Collect Set Props in Trillion Trinket Trawl
Defeat enemies, take pictures, and collect items from Dvorak's checklist to help him set up the venue for the Iridescence Tour!
Restore Music Notes in A Meeting of Melodies
Invite musicians to join the tour by restoring missing music notes on certain, incomplete melodies. Select the best music notes that can fit the track and match the melodies as remembered by the musicians!

Anonymous Dog over 1 yearThe point wasn't to return it to him, he was revealing to us (without technically breaking the law) the key detail that Dvorak (the last entry) had dealings with the Puppy Union, hence why he knew the story of the "dog" rescuing pets :)
