As a Sub-DPS and Support As Lunar-Crystallize lacked its own premier Support with the ability to enable Lunar-Crystallize on their own, Linnea comes in as the direct alleviation to that, functioning as both a formidable Lunar-Crystallize Sub-DPS, and Healer Support. In terms of building Linnea, one can take references from Ineffa's DPS build, as it is essentially the same as both Ineffa and Linnea turn into Sub-DPS powerhouses capable of great Off-Field damage, with the sole difference of Linnea wanting as much DEF as possible rather than ATK. One caveat of Linnea is that because she was made for Lunar-Crystallize, she cannot function out of her intended teams as well as Ineffa can, especially since Geo itself has the innate issue of not having many formidable DPS units to choose from, as well as Crystallize's internally low application, as opposed to Electro and Dendro, which can have high elemental presence due to their ease of application. However, she can make up for this by virtually allowing almost any Lunar-Crystallize team to exist, so long as she is present, and can serve as a specially-designed Sub-DPS for Geo units that both enables and provides damage for them. Overall, Linnea irons out Lunar-Crystallize's presence in the meta, and her presence has an obvious effect as every Lunar-Crystallize team, both Nod-Krai and makeshift, are heavily incentivized to have her in the team for her buffs and damage, and will likely remain relevant in the meta for as long as Nod-Krai's Lunar teams serve as the ceiling for premium teams and their DPS output. |

|---|---|---|---|
|
• Enables Lunar-Crystallize DMG for the team that directly scales off her DEF. • Reduces Geo RES of enemies in the area, which further lowers if the team has Ascendant Gleam activated. • Provides DMG contributions either through consistent off-field application, or a winded frontloaded attack with her Elemental Skill. • Exploration passive allows for easy resource-gathering for ores and animal meat. | |||
| Weaknesses | |||
|
• Use cases and full value are locked to Geo and Hydro teammate combinations, and full potential is even more limited to the existing Lunar teams. • As she fulfills both a Sub-DPS and Support role, balancing a mix of DEF, CRIT, Elemental Mastery, and Energy Recharge can be daunting, especially if trying to optimize both her damage and healing. |

Linnea's builds focuses on improving her DEF, CRIT stats, and trace amounts of Elemental Mastery to buff the damage of Lunar-Crystallize, which she can enable for the team when she is in the party.
As it is a Lunar reaction, this reaction can both CRIT, and scales off of her own personal stats as well. If building Linnea with her healing potential in mind, then adequate Energy Recharge is also needed to have her healing available off-cooldown.

Linnea's buffing capabilities scale with DEF, so naturally, you'd want to stack as much DEF as you can to effectively increase your party's Lunar-Crystallize DMG.
In addition, both Linnea herself and Lunar-Crystallize are able to deal CRIT hits, giving Linnea a reason to invest into a consistent 1:2 CRIT ratio.
| Stat | Goal Value |
|---|---|
| DEF | 2,000+ |
| CRIT Rate | 60% ~ 70% |
| CRIT DMG | 150% or above |
| Energy Recharge | 110~140% (if Double Geo) 130~170% (if Solo Geo) |
| Elemental Mastery | 100 - 200 |
Linnea's main Lunar-Crystallize buffs max out at 2,000 DEF, which is her first baseline. Anything above that greatly expounds on her damage, and is welcome to have.
Afterwards, focus on improving her CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG to a 1:2 CRIT ratio to further improve both her own contributions, and boost the full Lunar-Crystallize DMG even more.
Lastly, Energy Recharge and Elemental Mastery welcome any spare substats that go into them, as the former also contributes to Lunar-Crystallize, and the latter can provide comfort if her Elemental Burst is readily availble.

| Elemental Skill | Elemental Burst | Normal Attack |
Linnea's source of damage is her Elemental Skill, which deals off-field damage, and her Elemental Burst heals all party members.
Normal Attack can be ignored as you won't use them as much.
Linnea's best artifact set as a Lunar Reaction Sub-DPS will be the Aubade of Morningstar, which grants Lunar Reaction DMG. Another option is the Husk of Opulent Dreams, which provides an extra DEF and Geo DMG bonus.
You can also equip Linnea with the Silken Moon's Serenade if no other character on the team uses it, as it also offers boosts to Lunar DMG.

When off the field, the character gains 1 stack every 3s. Curiosity can stack up to 4 times, each providing 6% DEF and a 6% Geo DMG Bonus. When 6 seconds pass without gaining a Curiosity stack, 1 stack is lost. |

List of Artifacts and Set Bonuses
Linnea's best-in-slot Bow is her signature weapon, the Golden Frostbound Oath. Other 5-star options are Aqua Simulacra, Polar Star, and Skyward Harp, all of which offer Crit DMG or Crit Rate as main stats and have decent passives.
Slingshot is a good F2P alternative, being a 3-star bow that offer increased CRIT Rate and overall DMG, and you won't go wrong with Favonius Warbow as a general use case bow.

Linnea's kit allows her to shred Geo RES and raise Lunar-Crystallize DMG based on her DEF, making her an excellent fit for a team focused on geo reactions, particularly Lunar-Crystallize.
Having a Moonsign character with her gives her access to her Ascendant Gleam, which significantly reduces the enemy's Geo RES.

|
Main-DPS Zibai is a Lunar-Crystallize DPS unit that greatly benefits from Linnea's presence on the team by increasing her DMG. |
|
|
Sub-DPS/Support Columbina empowers Lunar damage as well as being a good Hydro Applicator, making her one of Linnea's best teammates when it comes to Lunar-Crystallize. |
|
|
Support Illuga is another support who can substantially enhance Lunar-Crystallize DMG, particularly when the team is made of entirely of Hydro and Geo characters. |
|
|
Support Linnea's buff relies on DEF, and Gorou can act as a DEF buffer, which increases with more Geo Characters. |
|
|
Sub-DPS/Support F2P alternative to Columbina that can deal DMG and apply Hydro in a wide area. |

Linnea as a Sub-DPS and Support is best paired with Geo DPS units that can benefit from the buff she provides, with a notable example being Zibai as Linnea is practically her Best-in-Slot teammate.
Other than that, virtually any team that carries a Geo and Hydro unit is capable of being a Lunar-Crystallize team so long as they are in Linnea's team.

| Linnea's Constellations | |
|---|---|
| C1 |
Provisional Classification When unleashing Elemental Skill Countermeasure: Lumi's Battle Cry!, or when triggering Moondrift Harmony, Linnea gains 6 stacks of the Field Catalog effect for 10s. Max 18 stacks. When nearby party members deal Lunar-Crystallize Reaction DMG, consume 1 stack of Field Catalog to increase the DMG dealt. The increase in DMG is equal to 75% of Linnea's DEF. Additionally, when Lumi uses Million Ton Crush in her Ultimate Power Form, Linnea can consume up to 5 stacks of Field Catalog. Each stack will increase the DMG dealt by 150% of Linnea's DEF. |
| C2 |
Tidings of Joy and Sorrow Within 8s after triggering Moondrift Harmony, all Hydro and Geo party members have their CRIT DMG increased by 40%. Additionally, when Lumi uses Million Ton Crush in her Ultimate Power Form, the CRIT DMG of that attack increases by an additional 150%. Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: When Lumi uses Heavy Overdrive Hammer in her Super Power Form, or when she uses Million Ton Crush in her Ultimate Power Form, an instance of Moondrift Harmony will be triggered. For this instance of Moondrift Harmony, all Hydro and Geo characters in the party will be considered to have applied their Elements in the reaction. |
| C3 |
Eventful Log Page Increases the Level of Countermeasure: Lumi's Battle Cry! by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15. |
| C4 |
Expert Instinct Within 5s after Moondrift Harmony is triggered, increase the DEF of Linnea and your current active character by 25% respectively. When Linnea is on field, the DEF-increasing effect can be stacked. |
| C5 |
Fairyland's Farewell Gift Elemental Burst Memo: Survival Guide in Extreme Conditions increases by 3 Levels. Maximum upgrade level is 15. |
| C6 |
Golden Beagle's Dream The effects of the Constellation, Provisional Classification, are enhanced: When unleashing Elemental Skill Countermeasure: Lumi's Battle Cry!, or when triggering Moondrift Harmony, Linnea will directly gain the maximum number of Field Catalog stacks. When consuming Field Catalog, consume twice the original number of stacks, such that the increase in DMG will be boosted to 150% of the original value. Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: Lunar-Crystallize Reaction DMG dealt by nearby party members is elevated by 25%. |
| Rating | Constellation Effect / Merits | |
|---|---|---|
| C1 | ★★★ |
• Increases DMG dealt across 6 - 18 stacks of Field Catalog, dealing increased Lunar-Crystallize DMG with normal Elemental Skill, using one stack each. • Can consume 5 stacks of Field Catalog to improve Special Elemental Skill's frontloaded DMG. |
| C2 | ★★☆ |
• Increases Hydro and Geo party members' CRIT DMG when triggering Moondrift Harmony. • Linnea's Million Ton Crush CRIT DMG is increased, and can trigger an additional instance of Moondrift Harmony. |
| C4 | ★★☆ |
• Increases DEF of Linnea and the Active Character when Moondrift Harmony is triggered. • This DEF increase can be stacked if Linnea is the one on-field. |
C1 solidifies itself to be Linnea's best constellation, providing Lunar-Crystallize damage increases to both herself and her allies.
As far as damage improvements go, Linnea is perfectly fine at C0, as she boasts a complete kit. However, this damage can still be taken higher with a Constellation as early as her C1 due to the stacks of Field Catalog that it offers.
Linnea is an off-field support unit specializing for Lunar-Crystallize. Similar to Ineffa, she provides damage off-field, buffs the Lunar reaction, and provides sustain in the form of healing from her Elemental Burst. She also reduces Geo RES.
As such, she pairs well with Zibai and Illuga, who are the premier units for the reaction, or as a universal Lunar unit with Columbina with any other Geo units.
Lunar-Crystallize Reaction Guide
| Capture Protocol |
|---|
| Performs up to 3 consecutive shots with a bow.
Charge Attack Performs a more precise Aimed Shot with increased DMG. While aiming, stone crystals will accumulate on the arrowhead. A fully charged crystalline arrow will deal Geo DMG. Plunge Attack: Fires off a shower of arrows in mid-air before falling and striking the ground, dealing AoE DMG upon impact. |
| Moonsign Benediction: Habitat Survey |
|---|
| When a party member triggers a Hydro Crystallize reaction, it will be converted into the Lunar-Crystallize reaction, with every 100 DEF that Linnea has increasing Lunar-Crystallize's Base DMG by 0.7%, up to a maximum of 14%. Additionally, when Linnea is in the party, the party's Moonsign will increase by 1 level. |
Like Zibai, Linnea's presence as a 5-star Nod-Krai character allows the team to trigger Lunar-Crystallize with a Hydro character. Linnea also buffs the reaction's DMG, and reduces Geo RES if her Skill is active.
| Countermeasure: Lumi's Battle Cry! |
|---|
| Adventure with Lumi! Depending on how you Tap, Lumi attacks in different forms. Tap Lumi strikes in a Super Power Form, attacking nearby enemies continuously, dealing AoE Geo DMG. If there are Moondrifts nearby, Lumi will also deal AoE Geo DMG to nearby enemies, which will be considered Lunar-Crystallize Reaction DMG. Continuous Tapping Time to show what we're really capable of! After using her Elemental Skill, Linnea will feed Lumi sparkling gemstones when her Elemental Skill or Normal Attack is Tapped repeatedly. A full-bellied Lumi will strike in her Ultimate Power Form, dealing an especially powerful instance of AoE Geo DMG that is considered Lunar-Crystallize Reaction DMG, switching to Standard Power Form. Additionally, tapping the Elemental Skill increases Linnea's interruption resistance. |
Linnea's Elemental Skill summons Lumi, who will attack enemies with Geo DMG and/or Lunar-Crystallize DMG depending on your Elemental Skill usage.
If Linnea taps her skill once, it summons Lumi, who periodically deals Geo DMG. If Moondrifts made from Lunar-Crystallize exist on the field, a portion of Lumi's attacks will additionally deal Lunar-Crystallize DMG.
This form can be used if you're fighting for a long period of time and will likely require more than one rotation.
If Linnea taps this ability repeatedly, Lumi grows in size, and unleashes one big singular instance of frontloaded Lunar-Crystallized damage.
Afterwards, Lumi shrinks back to regular size and returns to periodically dealing regular Geo AoE DMG.
This form can be used for short burst fights that need to end in a few seconds.
| Memo: Survival Guide in Extreme Conditions |
|---|
| Even master adventurers need proper rest! Linnea summons Lumi to strike in Super Power Form, healing nearby party members. For a short duration, she will continuously heal nearby active party members based on Linnea's DEF. If Lumi is already on the field when Linnea unleashes Elemental Burst, Lumi's active duration will be reset instead and her Strike Form will not change. |
Linnea's Elemental Burst summons Lumi and heals all party members, then continuously heals the active character during the burst's duration. Lumi will be summoned on its tap form if it's not already active.
| Field Observation Notes |
|---|
| When Lumi is present on the field, the Geo RES of opponents near Lumi will decrease by 15%. Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: Linnea's Elemental Skill Countermeasure: Lumi's Battle Cry! and Elemental Burst Memo: Survival Guide in Extreme Conditions are enhanced. After summoning Lumi, the Geo RES of opponents near Lumi will be further decreased by 15%. |
| Universal Naturalist Archive |
|---|
| Linnea will increase the Elemental Mastery of certain characters in your party according to your current active character. Increase in Elemental Mastery is based on 5% of Linnea's DEF. If your current active character: · Is a Moonsign character: Increase this character's Elemental Mastery. · Is not a Moonsign character: Increase Linnea's own Elemental Mastery. |
| Master Adventurer |
|---|
| When Linnea is not in combat, the charge time of her Aimed Shot is greatly decreased, and she will shoot an Ultra Convenient Quick Arrow instead. Different effects will occur depending on the targets hit: The DMG dealt to opponents by Linnea's Ultra Convenient Quick Arrow is reduced to 20% of her original Charged Arrow. Additionally, after firing a certain number of Ultra Convenient Quick Arrows within a short period of time, Linnea needs to take a temporary break before she can continue using them. · Specific animals: Ultra Convenient Quick Arrow will be transformed into a special "Net" that can capture the essence and form of these animals, using them as a medium to manifest the animal's physical form again. The "Net" can only be used for a limited number of times each week. · Ore veins used in forging: Linnea will dispatch Lumi, who will quickly strike at the ore marked by the Ultra Convenient Quick Arrow, then collect the dislodged ore. If Lumi is not on the field, Linnea will summon her for a short duration to help obtain the ore. |
Linnea's Special Charged Shots can be used for breaking ores easily or collecting animals.
When used on ores, her Aimed Shots will instantly break the ores hit in its AoE, then Lumi will collect the ores for you!
Her Aimed Shots can also catch animals, similar to the functionally of the Omni-Ubiquity Net. You can only collect a limited number of animals in a week.

Ooh, Linnea? I really like her! When I was little, she used to tell us loads of cool stories whenever she got back from one of her trips. When I was a bit older, and I'd learned how to build robots, I wanted to give her one as a gift... but she never accepted any of them. She said it was the thought that counts, and that was enough for her — but I think it was because none of them were her style. So, I'm gonna keep making robots until she finds one she likes. I know I'll get there eventually! |

Even in a place as diverse as Nod-Krai, Fae ladies like Miss Linnea are few and far between. I originally figured she'd be the quiet, graceful type, but it turns out that was WAY off. For instance, the first time she saw Aedon, she got so excited that she practically pounced on him. It spooked him so bad that now, the second he hears her voice, he bolts for my lamp. And remember, this is Aedon we're talking about here — a messenger bird who's usually so "unflappable" that he wouldn't flinch for anything, not even the Wild Hunt... |

Linnea is an advisor to the Adventurers' Guild. I heard that she has extensive knowledge in the life sciences, so I wanted to ask her if she has ever met any other autonomous mechanical lifeforms like myself. But every time she sees me, she turns around and runs away... Reason: undetermined. |
