When the equipping character’s Normal Attacks, Elemental Skills, or Elemental Bursts hit an opponent, the DMG Bonus for the corresponding DMG type is increased by 10% until it reaches 60%. This effect can be triggered once every 0.1s for each of the attack types mentioned above. This effect can be triggered even if the equipping character is off-field. Additionally, when the party possesses Hexerei: Secret Rite effects, when the equipping character’s Normal Attacks, Elemental Skills, or Elemental Bursts hit an opponent, the DMG Bonus for all these DMG types is increased by 20% instead.

Just wait for the Adeptus faction buff, and then Zhongli will get attention. Though Venti did get stuck with a standard weapon first, and then Elegy. This one seems more like a Venti bis instead of a support bow that's great for anyone.

WHYHYHYHYHY! Zhongli still sitting on Vortex which does literally nothing for him and doesn't even get reworked and Venti meanwhile gets THREE Signature weapons. WHY? Isn't mihoyo a CHINESE company and isn't Zhongli the Archon representative for china? 😭
