How to Unlock Ritou Escape Plan
Complete Archon Quest Chapter 2: Prologue
To unlock the Ritou Escape Plan, you must complete the Archon Quest Chapter 2: Prologue first! You must also reach Adventure Rank 30 or above to unlock the Archon Quest Chapter 2: Act 1's second part, Confessions of an Outlander!

Ritou Escape Plan Walkthrough
Try to Leave Ritou
Head to Ritou's border and try to leave the place. After talking to Kobayashi, the Kanjou Commission will catch you if you try to leave. This will teleport you back to Ritou as well.
Head to the Kanjou Commissioner's Office and talk to Shinsuke
Talk to Hiiragi Shinsuke at the Kanjou Commissioner's Office and ask them about the way to leave Ritou.
Leave the Kanjou Commissioner's Office
After leaving the Kanjou Commissioner's Office, an officer will stop you and give Hiiragi Chisato's letter. Upon reading the letter, wait until the appointed time.
Adjust the Time and Meet Chisato
Adjust the time in Paimon's Menu to 18:00 - 24:00 and meet Chisato at the back of the Kanjou Commissioner's Office.
Head to Ritou's Border and Carry Out Chisato's Plan
Head to the border and escort the goods to leave Ritou. Defeat the Treasure Hoarders and Nobushi that will attack the goods along the way, and escort the Transport Balloon safely to its destination.
