The Whisperer of Nightmares is located on the west side Kipumaki Cliff in Ashveil Peak of Nod-Krai, To get there, follow the path from the Statue of the New Moon until you encounter the Waypoint in the cliff near the boss location.

How to Beat Whisperer of Nightmares

Use Lunar or Elemental Reaction to Destroy the Shield

The Whisperer of Nightmares will eventually gain a shield during the fight while summoning minions to provide the shield. The shield can be destroyed by utilizing Elemental Reactions, but Lunar Reactions are more efficient.

Take note, focus on the boss itself rather than the minions to damage the shields
